AncientOS 3.8 20200721 Unofficial Polaris Build

Device Specific Changes:

• Etude kernel: Op.10 No.2
  • Linux 4.9.230 and CAF tag “LA.UM.8.3.r1-08100-sdm845.0”
  • some more scheduler and schedutil changes
  • built with Clang 11’s ThinLTO and more LLVM Polly optimization options. ThinLTO greatly improves build times over full LTO while retaining most of the performance benefits.
  • some upstream for rbtree and arm64 memory assembly
  • exposed calculated FPS through sysfs. Now you can monitor your frame rates through supported apps (tested on Franco Kernel Manager)
  • Wireguard 1.0.20200712
• CarrierConfig: updated APNs for Chinese carriers from MIUI
• Disabled backpressure propagation due to slight increase in rate of jank frames
• Dropped qti telephony injection
• Switched to QTI BlueTooth stack

Feature Update Highlights:

• July’s security patch (android-10.0.0_r40)
• Increased default animation speed
• Option to swipe up on keyguard to use Face Unlock
• Added hotspot settings to allow VPN upstream
• Other misc fixes

Vendor and firmware are included. Dirty flash may be fine if you are on my previous AncientOS build.
