Device Specific Changes:
- WiFi display is now fully working. No crash after locking the screen
- If you experience issue connecting to wifi display, you may need to clean flash
- Added NV12_512 linear color format to Canting kernel for HEIF HW encoding. Kernel credits to Khusika.
- SELinux is enforcing.
- If you use ANX camera with custom libs, please switch to permissive.
- Fixed IFAA. Alipay fingerprint payment is working.
- Fixed sound distortion in apps like Snapchat/Instagram

Gapps are included. Vendor is included. Firmware 9.11.7 is recommended. Dirty flash should be fine if you are on my previous PE 10 build.
