Device Specific Changes:
- Fixed double tap to wake on Mix 2s with ebbg screens
- Reduced LED blinking frequency under low battery, without interfering with notification LED

Note: System delta update is supposed to work with encrypted device. If your phone is not encrypted, you need to set SELinux to permissive to use the built-in updater, or you could always manually flash the incremental package through recovery.
Gapps are included. Vendor is included. Firmware 9.11.7 is recommended. Dirty flash or incremental updates should be fine if you are on my previous PE 10 build.
