Upstreamed kernel to Linux 4.9.222
Switch back to OpenGL(default) from Skia Vulkan renderer
- most animations should feel smooth again
- also to avoid some rare compatibility issues in certain apps
- you can still change it in Settings - System - Developer Settings - Set GPU Renderer
Added back Picture Adjustment in LiveDisplay
- now the hue, saturation, intensity, and contrast can be adjusted as well
Removed some perf blobs and configs that are no longer needed

Gapps are included. Vendor and firmware are included. Dirty flash may be fine if you are on my previous Evolution X build.
